Using www.core6hire.ca or our staffing services means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Services

We connect workers with employers. No fees to workers. Employers pay per agreement.

3. Worker Responsibilities (Talent Registration)

• Provide accurate info (e.g., name, DOB, SIN, skills, emergency contact)
• Upload valid documents (e.g., proof of address, license, signature)
• Consent before we share your details with employers
• Attend interviews and act professionally
• Notify us if no longer seeking work
• Be 18+ and authorized to work in Canada

4. Employer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate job details
• Comply with Ontario ESA, OHSA, and Human Rights Code
• Ensure safe workplace
• Pay agreed fees

5. No Job Guarantee

We help connect — we do not guarantee placement or hiring. We may verify credentials/references.

6. Data Sharing

Worker info shared only with explicit consent. See Privacy Policy.

7. Website Use

• Use lawfully
• No spam, bots, or false info
• Our content is protected

8. Liability

• Services “as is”
• Not liable for employer decisions or workplace issues
• Max liability: $100 CAD

9. Termination

We may end access for violations (e.g., false info). You may withdraw anytime.

10. Governing Law

Ontario and Canadian law. Disputes in Toronto courts.

11. Changes

Updated here. Continued use = acceptance.
