From Workers (Talent Registration)

- Identification: Date of birth, Canadian postal code, Social Insurance Number (SIN), driver's license number
- Documents: Proof of address, license document, signature (uploads)
- Professional Info: Primary skill, other skills, preferred work area, previous staffing agency
- Emergency Contact: Name and phone number
- Additional: Other documents (uploads)
From Employers
- Business Details: Company name
- Contact Details: Name, email, phone
Website Data
- IP address and browser type (for security only)
- Essential cookies (no analytics; see Section 9)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To contact you about job opportunities or candidates
- To match workers with employers (e.g., verify credentials via SIN/license)
- To send updates about your inquiry
- With consent: Send job alerts (unsubscribe anytime)
- For compliance (e.g., age verification via DOB)
4. Sharing Your Information
Worker data is NEVER shared without your explicit permission.
- We ask first: “Can we share your contact info with [Company]?”
- Only then do we share relevant details (e.g., name, skills, contact)
- Employer data shared only with matched, consenting workers
- We do not sell or rent your data
- Service providers: Limited sharing for email/hosting (e.g., Google; bound by contracts)
- Legal: If required by law or to protect rights
5. Consent & CASL
- We record consent before sharing or emailing
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click
- Withdraw consent anytime — no impact on services
- By submitting the form, you consent to credential verification
6. Data Security
